Weds July 15 - Aug 5 8-9pm PST 4 Weeks - A home practice to maintain your flexibility and mobility practices. The focus for this month is hip mobility and hamstring flexibility practices. This is for you if you want to work on your splits, reduce back pain, and stay flexible. Give yourself consistency. You'll need straps, blocks, and just enough space for a yoga mat. NO REFUNDS

What to Expect

• A weekly 1 hour practice that allows you to unwind and actually stretch before going to bed
• We start and end on time and stay focused on what we are stretching and releasing each night
• A way to stay accountable and committed to your practice
• A guided stretch practice to help improve mobility and release tension in your lower body
• Straps, blocks and minimal floor space needed
• Expect improved mobility, less cramping and more flexibility
