• Conditioning and flexibility training

If you choose to join the series, the remaining classes are broken down the following way:
• March 28 in person at the studio
• April 4, Practice Lab Online (due to studio scheduling)
• April 11, bonus office hour for refining movement and getting feedback
• April 18 Performance of routine in class
